How to Use Your Eyeshadow Pencil

DIRECTIONS

Just draw & smudge! Using the sharpened tip of a darker shade of MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE shadow pencil, apply it to the outer crease of each eye and along the lash lines. Smudge with a stippling makeup brush or the pads of your fingers to soften and blend the shimmering color.

Add a lighter shade of MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE shadow pencil to the inner corner, center of your eyelid and the highest point of your brow bone to add a little extra glow and oomph to your look.

Complete your makeup look with the best all-over face glow, using the MAGNETIC LUMINOUS EYE COLOR pencil as a cream highlighter stick. Draw in lines along the high points of your face and blend upwards using your fingertips.
