Nudestix Return Policy

Our return & exchange policy, outlined here, specifies that once a product is opened, used, or swatched it becomes a final sale and is not eligible for a refund. Please note that returns will be offered if the product is in its original packaging, unopened, in saleable condition, and include the original packaging (tin, sharpener, cap, paper insert, and any accompanying items such as samples or free gift with purchases within the 30-day return period from original date of purchase.

A full refund to your original payment method will be processed upon receipt of the returned products and verification of their unused condition. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Reimbursement of funds will be allocated back to the original form of payment used for purchase.

12 Days of Nudestix Advent Calendar Return Policy

No refunds shall be given in relation to purchases of the 12 Days of Nudestix Advent Calendar. If any of of the products within the Advent calendar are damaged or defective, or where any of the contents of an Advent calendar are missing from the Advent Calendar, please email us at hello@nudestix.com as soon as possible – please know full or partial refunds cannot be facilitated.

Return labels must be submitted to the post office within 5 business days of receiving it via email in order to qualify for a refund . Please allow 7- 10 business days for refunds to be processed back to your original method of payment.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS: If all other conditions are met, this "NUDESKIN 30 Day Results Guaranteed" Return Policy applies only to eligible Nudeskin products returned to Nudeskin as described below within a period of 30 days from the date of delivery of the eligible product to the customer.

Refunds will be issued to returned products using the return label provided by Nudestix Inc. submitted to the Canadian or United States post office, postage prepaid, within 5 business days of return label retrieval via email. Refunds will be issued to the same original form of payment, including taxes. Please note, your original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded.

HOW TO RETURN unused products within 30 days of purchase

Simply pack your unused products back in their original packaging, take the parcel to your local UPS, Canada Post or Fedex location and send it back to our return address! Make sure to get a tracking number and write your order number anywhere on the box so that when you return your order your package arrives without delay or complications. We will need this to process your return.

All returns must be sent back to us within 30 days of receiving the order to your address. A reminder that your product must be unused, unopened, unswatched and complete with original packaging (tin, sharpener, cap, paper insert, and any free gifts with purchase eg. Nude Puff Totes, pouches, kits). You will be refunded in full to your original form of payment once we have received the returned products and verified their unused status.

Please note, your original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be refunded. Once this has all been completed, please send us a note to hello@nudestix.com with your original order number and return tracking information so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.

Can you help with a damaged product?

We sincerely apologize for your damaged item. Please send a photo of the damaged product to hello@nudestix.com with your order number and we would be happy to help you with a resolution. No need to send us the damaged item back! Please note, any items purchased outside of a 30 day return window cannot be replaced. For damaged items purchased through a third-party retailer, we're unable to offer compensation. Once our products leave our hands and enter another warehouse, we no longer have control over their shipping, storage, and handling. We recommend reaching out to the retailer directly for any returns or exchanges, as they are better equipped to assist you in line with their policies.

Order cancellations

Please email us as soon as possible! Be sure to write your order number and the word 'CANCEL' on the subject line. Most orders can be canceled up to 30 minutes after being placed. However we cannot cancel once your order has been fulfilled.

Can I exchange my item?

Currently, we are unable to facilitate exchanges. Please initiate a return for the item you wish to exchange and place a new order for the desired item. Upon receipt and processing of your return at our warehouse, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Expedited Shipping for all orders in the United States is available at a flat rate of $15. Please allow a processing and shipping period of 3-5 business days to receive your order. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders (orders made outside Canada and USA) are subject to shipping costs and are calculated based on the size, weight and destination country/region of your package once you begin the checkout process. Please know we do not offer free shipping for international orders at this time. International shipping rates vary by country and will be determined at checkout and may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes at the destination. Please note these are excluded from your purchase and will be your responsibility to pay Customs directly. All international orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Please note that all international orders are first shipped to a loading area in Folcroft PA United States before being shipped internationally.

Where is my order?

Once an order is placed, please allow two to four business days for the order to be packed and shipped from our warehouse. Upon readiness for shipment, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing details, your tracking number, and a package tracking link. Most orders are shipped within 3-4 business days. My order says delivered but I did not receive it

We are so sorry to hear that you have not received your order yet. There are times that tracking shows delivered but it doesn't get dropped off until the next day or so. If you still haven't received the item in 3 business days email us at hello@nudestix.com

My order was damaged, stolen, or lost in transit. I OPTED for ROUTE protection

We are sorry to hear that your package did not arrive as anticipated, but we are happy to see that you’ve added Route Package Protection to your order. Because you added Route to your order, your package was insured from loss, damage, and theft. You can report an issue with Route through the mobile app (iOS or Android), through the email you receive from Route after placing your order, or by going to claims.route.com. Their team is ready to assist you with any questions you may have. If you prefer we do it, please don't hesitate to reach out and we can happily assist you with your claim on our end.

My order was damaged, stolen, or lost in transit but I did NOT OPT for ROUTE protection

Here at Nudestix we are committed to ensuring that your package arrives safely in the hands of the third-party delivery party. With that said, we do know from years of experience that they can sometimes not fulfill on their end. Nudestix is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages once they have been received by the delivery party.

Can I change or cancel my subscription at any time?

Please note that cancellations and changes can be performed only after your second subscription replenishment. Cancellation Steps: Sign in to your nudestix.com account. View account by clicking on the person icon on the top right corner under “My Profile” click “Manage Subscriptions” and “Subscriptions” to view your subscribed products. Select your desired item and scroll to the very bottom of the page. Click “Cancel Subscription” .

When will I receive and be charged for my subscription?

Your subscription plan determines how often you'll receive replenishments: every 30, 60, or 90 days. If you set up a subscription on January 1st to be delivered every 30 days, your first payment will be processed on January 31st to cover your initial order.

INFORMATION REGARDING ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING

- A "business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding United States holidays.

How Does Route Process Refunds or Reorders?

Marked As Delivered (Stolen) • Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. • Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.
Stuck In Transit (Lost) • For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
• For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.
Damaged

How Do I File a Claim for my Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Order?

Can you send samples of your products?

We are happy to provide 2 complimentary NUDESKIN product samples with every merchandise order available at checkout. This can be done by selecting the samples of your choice and adding them to your cart. While we try our best to provide a variety of options, our product samples are limited and may be substituted or removed entirely if certain options become unavailable. Once your samples are selected and your order is submitted, we cannot make adjustments to your order. This includes reshipping samples for any circumstance.
