How to apply:

STEP 1 Outline your lips with the GEL LIP + CHEEK BALM in the shade of your choice, and fill in the lips fully, smacking them together for full coverage.

STEP 2 Lightly swipe the same color used in step 1 to the apples of your cheeks and blend outwards with your fingers or a blending brush.
